The digital collection comprises:

• the advisory opinions since 1 January 2017 that are eligible for publication
• the advisory opinions numbers 1 to 56.999

The moment of publication of a new advisory opinion depends on the nature of the text that has been presented and on what the draft text has led to. Advisory opinions given from 1 January 2017 on are published together with the texts they concern. You can consult recently published advisory opinions here.

The collection of advisory opinions dating from before 1 January 2017 will gradually be completed. By 1 January 2019 all advisory opinions of the Council of State will be published on this website.
